Your tickets are kept in a fireproof safe here in the UK.
We email you a copy of your ticket before the draw.
What happens if I win
For convenience, most winnings will be paid directly to your credit/debit
card. You can claim your prize the day immediately after you win it.
You could be next! So check through the latest national
lottery results. Here's how we pay you:
a) Winnings can be replayed in full with no commission
deductions.
b) Winnings can be credited to the credit card used
for play.
c) If you hold a UK bank account we can pay directly
into that account.
d) We can send a Bank draft in any currency after proof
of ID.
e) You can come here and pick up your winnings from
us in person! We would assist in Visa applications and arrange your
visit.
We deduct 10% commission on all winnings apart from method a) above.
